Overall Job Summary

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” variable tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific measurements.
• Complete cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and deliver Legendary Customer Service via GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Appreciate customers.
• Provide peak coverage during high traffic periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• Experience in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count is essential.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and self-direction.

Working Conditions

• Mostly indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor work on hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, with travel between store locations using personal vehicle.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull merchandise up to 2000 pounds with equipment, and perform physical activities like standing, kneeling, reaching, and climbing.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
• Complete all required training successfully.
