The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. They interact with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following:

• Maintain regular attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store measurements accurately and timely.
• Perform cycle counts, signage hanging, and assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Review planogram integrity and deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensure a memorable shopping experience that stands out from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage during special times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count is essential.

Preferred knowledge, skills, or abilities

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions

• Indoor and outdoor work environments with moderate noise.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between stores using personal vehicle; long periods may be required.
• Maintain a safe, productive environment per safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements

• Travel as needed; push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 lbs with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally; stand, kneel, crouch, climb ladders.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
• Handle birds/poultry and complete all training.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; operate vehicles; move merchandise throughout the store.
• Be physically and mentally capable of moving quickly and safely across store areas.
