Overall Job Summary

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives and accurate cycle counts.
• Hang store signage, assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value & Appreciate.
• Ensure a differentiated shopping experience for customers.
• Provide coverage during peak times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ and hold a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions

• Primarily indoor with moderate noise; outdoor lots with hard surfaces.
• Shift durations generally 4+ hours, may exceed 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations in personal vehicle required.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel, push/pull merchandise up to 2000 lbs, lift overhead, and perform physical activities like standing, kneeling, reaching.
• Operate store equipment, including computers and tools.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and handle merchandise throughout the store.
• Ability to operate vehicles and complete training requirements.
