The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

Availability, flexibility, adaptability, and a service-oriented mindset are essential. Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Proactively communicating with the District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Completing planograms, resets, and store measurements accurately and timely.
• Performing cycle counts, the Tractor Way top cap process, and hanging signage.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask to add value.
• Providing peak coverage during high-traffic times and performing additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Experience in retail or merchandising is required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count is essential.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-direction and independence in completing assignments.

Working Conditions

• Primarily indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor work involves hard surfaces and variable weather.
• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours; travel between stores using personal vehicle is required.
• Adherence to safety guidelines and promotion of a safe work environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel and operate equipment, lift up to 50 pounds, and move throughout the store efficiently.
• Ability to handle merchandise, operate store equipment, and communicate effectively.
• This position is physically active and non-sedentary.
