Overall Job Summary

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific measurements.
• Perform accurate cycle counts and complete Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask to add value.
• Ensure a distinguished shopping experience for customers.
• Provide peak coverage as needed, such as during the Day After Thanksgiving.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ and possess a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; literacy and numeracy skills are essential.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to work independently.

Working Conditions

• Primarily indoor with moderate noise; outdoor work involves hard surfaces and variable weather.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle is required.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is mandatory.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment, and perform physical activities such as standing, kneeling, reaching, and climbing.
• Must be able to operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
