The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks like merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, subject to business needs.
• Proactively communicating with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress, issues, and solutions.
• Completing planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Performing store measurements and inventory counts.
• Completing Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes.
• Hanging store signage such as Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and performing detailed recovery.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value & Appreciate.
• Ensuring a distinctive shopping experience for customers.
• Providing peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be at least 18 years old. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory; reading, writing, and counting skills are essential.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical conflict resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions

• Indoor environment with moderate noise levels.
• Hard surfaces like concrete or asphalt; adequate lighting and temperature.
• Shift durations typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Commitment to safety and a productive work environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Push and pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with proper equipment.
• Occasionally lift or reach overhead.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Move throughout the store for entire shifts.
• Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
• Effective communication skills.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete training successfully.
