The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to perform and complete various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will also interact with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicating proactively with your District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Completing planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Performing store measurements and cycle counts.
• Completing the Tractor Way top cap process and hanging store signage.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and recovery details.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service following the GURA steps: Greet, Uncover Needs & Wants, Recommend, and Add Value & Appreciate.
• Ensuring customers have a distinguished shopping experience.
• Providing peak coverage during special times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Prior retail or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions

• Primarily indoor with moderate noise; outdoor lots are hard surfaces.
• Shifts vary, typically from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle, often for extended periods.
• Follow safety guidelines and promote a safe environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel as needed.
• Push/pull up to 2,000 pounds with equipment assistance.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, and climb ladders frequently.
• Operate store equipment and handle merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Read, write, communicate effectively, and complete training.
