This job involves working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to execute tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and inventories. The role also includes supporting merchandise assembly, fixture setup, and signage maintenance. Interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience is essential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and work scheduled shifts, typically Monday through Thursday.
• Communicate proactively with your supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and perform inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Perform store price changes and hang signage such as circulars and specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service following the GURA approach: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior retail or merchandising experience required; knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is necessary.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills are desirable.
• Ability to work independently, be self-directed, and resolve issues ethically.

Working Conditions

• Primarily indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor areas are hard surfaces with adequate lighting and temperature.
• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours, with a focus on safety and productivity.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Frequent standing, kneeling, bending, reaching, and climbing ladders are required.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to complete all training are essential.
