Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager in Plymouth, MA to partner with the Store Manager in leading a dynamic team and delivering positive experiences for our communities.

You will focus on merchandising, freight processing, and daily store operations to uphold company standards. The role requires prior retail and management experience, strong communication and team collaboration, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties as needed
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy team environment

Responsabilités

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash
• Adhere to all policies and safety guidelines
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards
• Process corporate directives and store communications
• Maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms and floors
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and colleagues
• Other duties as assigned
• Process receipt and return of DSD merchandise
• Manage freight flow according to productivity standards
• Stock merchandise, including frozen and refrigerated items
• Ensure the sales floor is sales-effective
• Plan and maintain Clip Strips and Power Panels with items
• Implement monthly Sales Planners
