Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager to join our team in Tewksbury, MA. You will support the Store Manager in leading a dynamic team, oversee merchandising, stock flow, and ensure a clean, safe store environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting 30-50 lbs and standing for long periods. Full-time hours with opportunities for growth and recognition.

Formación

• Retail management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and written skills required.
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Open and close procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure store assets and cash.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process corporate directives related to store activities.
• Keep store clean and presentable, restocking as needed.
• Foster a positive, safe, professional environment for customers and staff.
• Support Store Manager with additional duties, e.g. merchandise and freight flow.
• Plan and merchandise monthly Sales Planners when assigned.
