You will assist with store functions, handle opening/closing, protect assets, and maintain cleanliness and merchandising standards. Responsibilities include processing freight receipt/return, stock planning, and ensuring a sales-effective floor with well-merchandised displays.

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including cash.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Process freight and stock to ensure sales floor readiness.
• Plan, merchandise, and maintain sales-ready displays.
