Job summary

Rural King is seeking a Recovery Associate to maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor while providing excellent customer service.

The role focuses on merchandise recovery, replenishment, and maintaining merchandising standards across the store. Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience and strong communication skills for helping customers and guiding product locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily department recovery by returning merchandise to the sales floor and replenishing shelves.
• Organize and display merchandise according to the Indoor Merchandising Guide and department standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe sales floors and customer areas.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions, locations, and purchase decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of featured products and their locations.
• Safely operate handheld devices, forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, and other retail equipment.
• Participate in cross-training and support other departments as needed.
• Demonstrate Rural King’s Values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
