Job summary

Rural King is seeking a Recovery Associate to maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor while delivering excellent customer service. This role focuses on merchandise recovery, replenishment, and upholding company merchandising standards.

You will greet customers, answer product questions, and help locate items. The job requires using handheld devices and standard store equipment, with cross-training across departments as needed; overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily department recovery by returning merchandise to the sales floor and replenishing shelves.
• Organize and display merchandise according to the Indoor Merchandising Guide and department standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe sales floors and customer areas.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions, locations, and purchase decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of featured products and their locations.
• Safely operate handheld devices, forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, and other retail equipment.
• Participate in cross-training and support other departments as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
