Job summary

Rural King is seeking a Recovery Associate to maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor while delivering excellent customer service. You will handle merchandise recovery, replenishment, and adherence to merchandising standards.

Responsibilities include organizing displays, greeting customers, assisting with product questions, and maintaining knowledge of featured products and locations. You will safely operate store equipment and participate in cross-training as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers and handheld devices.
• Dependable, flexible and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily department recovery by returning merchandise to the sales floor and replenishing shelves.
• Organize and display merchandise according to Indoor Merchandising Guide and standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe sales floors and customer areas.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of featured products and their locations.
• Safely operate handheld devices, forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, and other retail equipment.
• Participate in cross-training and support other departments as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
