Job summary

TJ Maxx is hiring at the Jeffersonville store to execute receiving and merchandising standards while delivering an excellent customer experience. You will lead teams, organize back stock, tag and code merchandise, and ensure safety and store cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role, with strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexible scheduling is required, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience.
• 6 months of leadership experience.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure Associates process efficiently and provide excellent customer experience.
• Organize back stock and ensure proper tagging and display.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to policies.
