Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards; ensure associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles; ensure proper tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise.
• Coordinate with the management team to maintain flow of goods to the sales floor and support shrink reduction goals.
