Job summary

The TJ Maxx store in West Milford, NJ is seeking a motivated associate with leadership potential to help execute receiving and merchandising standards. You will engage customers, train teammates, and ensure merchandise is properly tagged and stocked while maintaining a clean store environment.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role, with a willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.

• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded.
• Assist with back stock organization and replenishment.
• Support safety, labor laws, and store policies.
