You will help drive efficient store operations, tag and stock merchandise, and support team productivity in a fast-paced retail environment. Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership exposure, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure associates process efficiently and work as a team.
• Provide excellent customer experience and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Coordinate with management to ensure priority flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Monitor team productivity and coach as necessary.
• Organize back stock for easy replenishment and maintain signage standards.
• Promote safety, labor compliance, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Support store goals and participate in additional duties as assigned.
