Job summary

Marshalls at TJX Companies, East Providence, RI is seeking a Retail Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process efficiently and provide an excellent customer experience. You will work with a team to maintain clean, organized stores and uphold safety and brand standards.

Qualifications include 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensures Associates process efficiently and delivers excellent customer experience.
• Maintains a clean and organized store and safe environment.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles.
• Tags, hangs, and codes merchandise properly.
• Coordinates with the Coordinator on Duty for smooth flow of goods.
• Monitors productivity and coaches as needed.
• Supports store shrink reduction programs and safety initiatives.
