Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Capable of multi-tasking and training others

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards
• Ensure efficient processing and customer experience
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in backroom and sales floor
• Monitor productivity and back stock rotation
• Promote safety and comply with policies
