Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc.’s TJ Maxx store in Wauwatosa, WI is seeking a Receiving/Merchandising Associate. You will help execute receiving, merchandising standards, and maintain an excellent customer experience while ensuring a clean, organized store.

You will train Associates, coordinate backroom activities, and support store goals. The role requires flexibility to work nights/weekends, physical ability, and a customer-focused mindset while upholding safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards and ensures efficient processing by Associates.
• Provides excellent customer experience and keeps store clean and organized.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Manages back stock, tagging, hanging, and replenishment.
• Ensures safety, labor law compliance, and adherence to programs.
