Job summary

You will train Associates, organize back stock, and cooperate with management to meet productivity goals while adhering to labor laws and safety guidelines. Flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Executing receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively, and working as a team.
• Ensures an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Organizes and rotates back stock for easy replenishment.
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
• Communicates with management to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor.
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and safety programs.
