Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Provides an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean store.
• Trains and mentors associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Tags, hangs, secures, and codes merchandise.
• Coordinates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Maintains backroom organization and replenishes floor stock.
• Upholds safety, cleanliness, and store standards.
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and programs.
