• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and replenished on the sales floor.
• Support management in training needs and labor law compliance.
• Contribute to shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
