Job summary

Marshalls in Gig Harbor seeks an energetic retail teammate to execute receiving and merchandising standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will work with a team, train Associates, and help keep stock flow smooth from truck to floor, including backroom organization and safety compliance.

Able to work nights and weekends with strong communication and detail orientation. Competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards ensuring Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Delivers excellent customer experience through engagement and service.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintains backroom organization, tagging, hanging, and security of stock.
• Monitors team productivity and assists with priority tasks.
• Promotes safety and adheres to labor laws and store policies.
