Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a merchandising support role to assist Buying Teams with the execution of merchandising responsibilities. The position supports the management of SKUs, promotions, vendor communications, and planogram activities to ensure accurate data and timely execution.

Preferred candidates have 2–4 years of retail experience and a Bachelor’s degree, with strong Microsoft Office proficiency and organizational skills to excel in a busy office setting.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ experience; retail experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Ability and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate information for Buying Team, including financials, SKU maintenance, and promotions.
• Serve as primary contact for Store Operations and cross-functional teams.
• Assist in setup and execution of New Item Test Programs and vendor communications.
• Support merchandising processes with planograms, events, and advertising coordination.
• Manage and organize filing systems for the Buying Team.
