Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support store operations on a flexible schedule. You will manage planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly while prioritizing customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates bring retail or merchandising experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a part-time role with varying shifts, indoor/outdoor work, and active involvement in store

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including circulars and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
