Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to operate in-store, handling planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly while delivering legendary customer service. You will collaborate with store teams and district leadership to complete tasks efficiently and safely.

Your role emphasizes reliability, basic computer use, and strong communication to resolve issues and support daily store operations.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (Circle, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greeting, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the sale.
