Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team. You will own and execute planograms, signage updates, price changes, and fixture assembly within a single store while engaging customers with legendary service.

The role includes maintaining visual standards, assisting with merchandise and PDQs, and supporting store operations. Strong communication, reliability, and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including circulars, price cuts and managers’ specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and follow safety guidelines.
• Team Members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
