Lowe’s is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure accurate signage, pricing, and displays across our stores. You’ll create eye-catching product displays and support in-store merchandising projects to help customers find what they need.

You may interact with customers occasionally, answer questions, and share warranty information while collaborating with the Merchandising Services Team to meet store goals.

Formación

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Use web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsabilidades

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe’s specifications and provide proof of completion for assigned tasks
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage, and digital maintenance of this information throughout the store
• Confirm product pricing information is clearly visible and replace any missing price labels
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and ensuring displays are placed appropriately throughout the store
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items, including signage, merchandise and displays
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to store, market, and corporate leaders
• Complete other duties as assigned
