Job summary

Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate plays a key role in connecting Merchandising and Store Operations to deliver an excellent shopping experience in Lowe’s stores. You’ll craft eye-catching displays and implement strategies that highlight in‑demand products, with a weekday schedule and access to Lowe’s benefits.

You’ll ensure signage and pricing are accurate, displays are safe and attractive, and products are easy to locate.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe’s specifications.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are prepared for shipping.
• Update/validate signage and product location information storewide.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing labels.
• Assist in staging clearance products to drive add-on sales.
• Repair/replace damaged items and signage as needed.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
