Lowe's is hiring a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure accurate signage, pricing, and displays that help customers locate products easily. You will create appealing product displays that are safe and accessible and support in-store merchandising projects.

Most tasks are non-customer facing, but you may engage with customers occasionally to answer questions and provide product or warranty information while assisting in locating merchandise. The role may involve weekends per business needs.

Formación

• Read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsabilidades

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specs and provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled and prepped for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage, and maintain digital information across the store.
• Ensure product pricing is clearly visible and labels are replaced if missing.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and organizing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged items including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
