Job summary

Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate supports store operations by ensuring signage, pricing, and displays are accurate and easy for customers to locate. You will create visually appealing product displays and work with the Merchandising Services Team to keep in-store service strong.

Most tasks are non-customer facing, but you may engage with customers to answer questions and provide product information. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork across the store.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe’s specifications and provide proof of completion for assigned tasks.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage, and maintain this information digitally.
• Confirm pricing information is clearly visible and replace missing price labels.
• Assist in driving add-on sales by staging clearance products and organizing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items, including signage and displays.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leadership.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
