Job summary

Lowe’s Stores is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to support the Merchandising and Store Operations teams. You will help create eye-catching product displays and ensure pricing and signage are accurate across the store.

Most duties involve non-customer-facing work, with opportunities to engage customers when appropriate and to learn trade skills through Lowe’s training programs. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs for tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure signage, pricing, and displays are accurate for easy product location.
• Create product displays that are safe, clean, and visually appealing.
• Engage with customers when needed, answer questions, and provide product information.
• Assist in locating or handling merchandise.
• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage, including digital maintenance.
• Ensure prices are clearly visible and labels are replaced if missing.
• Support add-on sales by staging clearance and proper placement of displays.
• Repair or replace damaged items including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and schedules with the Merchandising Services Team.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution to leaders.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
