Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate helps create eye-catching product displays and keeps pricing and signage accurate across stores. This role supports Merchandising Services and Store Operations to deliver a great shopping experience.

Most tasks are non-customer facing, but you may engage with customers during peak times. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and attention to detail in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Basic arithmetic and reading, writing and simple data entry.
• Ability to hear, listen and communicate verbally.
• Ability to use web-based programs to accomplish tasks.
• Sustained sitting and standing for long periods.
• Lifting at least 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped and ready to ship.
• Update wayfinding and signage; maintain digital information.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and present.
• Assist in staging clearance items to drive add-on sales.
• Repair/replace damaged signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
