Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate plays a key role bridging Merchandising and Store Operations to deliver winning shopping experiences. You will design eye-catching displays, maintain accurate signage, pricing, and product placement, and support in-store merchandising projects.

You may engage customers occasionally, answer questions, and help locate merchandise while driving sales and ensuring displays meet Lowe’s standards.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Use web-based programs to perform tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with help as needed.

Responsabilités

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe’s specs and provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are prepared for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and signage, including digital maintenance.
• Ensure pricing information is visible and labels are correct.
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales and place displays appropriately.
• Repair or replace damaged signage, merchandise, and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedules, and needs with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on in-store execution to leadership.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
