Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with start-to-finish tasks including planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service, maintaining planograms, updating signage, and completing resets on schedule; while adhering to safety guidelines and company policies.

Shifts vary and may be 4–10 hours; physical work includes lifting up to 50 pounds and working on hard floors.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
• Must be self-directed and able to complete assignments with little to no assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Greet customers and provide legendary customer service using GURA steps.
