Job summary

Gotham FC in Jersey City, NJ seeks an Associate Manager, Retail & Local Collaborations to drive the Club’s merchandise strategy and local partnerships. You’ll translate priorities into plans, manage calendars, launches, and cross‑functional work with Brand, Ticketing, Partnerships, and Soccer Operations.

The role focuses on securing collaborations with local businesses, growing the NY/NJ market, and tracking performance to inform planning.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of merchandising, retail, brand marketing, project management, or related experience.
• Experience independently managing projects from brief to execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication across multiple departments.
• Experience in merchandising, retail operations, product development, or inventory management preferred.
• Experience in sports, entertainment, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive the Club’s merchandise and apparel strategy with the Director.
• Manage merchandise requests, product selection, quantities, approvals, and timelines.
• Develop a centralized merchandising calendar and tracker for matches and campaigns.
• Oversee day-to-day collaboration with Soccer Post and other vendors.
• Own local collaborations with businesses, brands, and cultural partners.
