Job summary

AEO is seeking a Merchandise Leader in Corte Madera, CA to act as the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand. You will ensure store compliance with Brand Visual Standards, drive Floorset execution, and keep the guest experience at the forefront through replenishment and merchandising updates.

You will train the Floorset team, set productivity goals, and collaborate with leadership to seize merchandising opportunities while supporting a culture of recognition and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and store presentation.
• Ability to train and coach floorset teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexible availability for mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support Floorset execution by training the Floorset team to standards.
• Maintain brand visuals and guest experience in partnership with leadership.
• Oversee replenishment, sell-through adjustments and merchandising updates.
• Foster teamwork and recognition to keep the guest experience top priority.
• Uphold store safety and shrink-reduction practices on the sales floor and stockroom.
