Job summary

American Eagle is seeking a Merchandise Leader in Salem, OR, to serve as the right hand to the Merchandising Team Leader. You will drive Floorset execution, merchandising updates, and replenishment to ensure the store reflects AEO Brand Standards and is guest-ready.

You will train and coach the Floorset team, maintain visual standards, and collaborate with leadership to seize merchandising opportunities while focusing on guest experience and team recognition.
