Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Kittery, ME is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader by maintaining AEO Brand Visual Standards, executing Floorsets, and updating marketing merchandising while keeping the store guest ready through replenishment.

You will lead with attention to detail, coach the team, and help drive guest experience while upholding safety and productivity standards across the sales floor and stockroom.

• You support creating an outstanding guest experience with Merchandising Team Leader.

Responsibilities

• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, and set clear productivity goals.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards across the store through day-to-day merchandising and replenishment.
• Support day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment to keep the store in top condition.
• Help ensure the guest experience is the top priority and celebrate wins with the team.
• Maintain store safety standards and adhere to policies and procedures.
