Qualifications

• Flexible schedule required; ability to work nights and weekends
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail environment
• Able to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations
• Team player, collaborating with peers and supervisors
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation
• Able to train and mentor Associates
• Minimum 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing processing of merchandise onto the sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on established merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor
• Monitors productivity of team and coaches as necessary
• Organizes and rotates back stock for replenishment
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and signage standards
• Maintains backroom cleanliness and recovery standards
• Ensures safety and compliance with policies and labor laws
