Job summary

• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards with efficient processing.
• Ensures excellent customer experience and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Trains and mentors associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintains tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Coordinates with management to ensure flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Monitors team productivity and provides coaching as needed.
• Supports safety, labor policy adherence, and shrink reduction goals.
• Assists with backroom organization and replenishment.
