Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs, guiding and supporting with self-serve technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise and resolving issues.
• Assist management with supervising associates in assigned area by assigning duties, coaching, and evaluating performance; ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain safety and presentation of the sales floor; handle claims, pricing, stocking, merchandising and cleanliness; monitor product quality and rotate stock.
