Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, guiding them on self-service technology and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Assist management with supervision of associates, assigning duties, coaching and evaluating, and ensuring excellent member service.
• Receive, stock, and merchandize products; maintain sales floor, signage, and price integrity; ensure safety and compliance with policies.
