Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience
• Ability to lead and train others
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• 18 years or older
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results
• Work independently and as part of a team with safety in mind

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, including building displays and end caps, rotating product on shelves, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
• Record work after each shift using smartphone or tablet.
