Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, seeks an in-store merchandising associate to build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory to maximize sales. You will support leadership with reporting, scheduling, onboarding new hires, and training teammates.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years merchandising experience, strong customer service, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 18+ years old with reliable transportation preferred. Training provided, growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience
• Ability to interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner
• Willingness to train and lead teammates
• Reliable transportation to work location

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shopper needs
• Build displays and end caps and reset shelves with product rotation
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling and onboarding new hires
• Assist with training and development of new hires
