Job summary

SAS Retail Services, part of Advantage Solutions, is seeking in-store merchandising support to help retailers meet shopper needs. You will build displays, rotate stock, track inventory, and assist with leadership tasks such as reporting and onboarding new hires.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• 18 years or older.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work in a retail setting.
• Reliable transportation to/from work location.
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Can use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and teammates.
• A motivated self-starter with a bias for action and results.
• Works independently but also has strong teamwork abilities.
• Maintains safety-first mentality in retail duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
