Job summary

SAS Retail Services, part of Advantage Solutions, seeks an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers and shoppers. You will build displays, rotate stock, and monitor inventory to maximize sales opportunities while assisting leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to work a flexible, on-site schedule. Prior merchandising experience is valued, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and able to perform physical work (lift up to 50 lbs).
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience, with leadership/training exposure.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• Customer service and strong interpersonal skills for clients and team.
• Self-starter with action orientation and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling and onboarding new hires.
