Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, seeks a dedicated in-store merchandising support specialist to build displays, rotate products, and help retailers maximize sales. You will assist leadership with reporting and onboarding new hires, while delivering excellent customer service to shoppers and stores.

Ideal candidates are 18+, physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortable engaging with customers and management.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Ability to lead and train people.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to work location.
• Use smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Works independently but also as part of a team.
• Maintains safety-first mindset in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
